I accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks with a five
             day waiting period for the checks to clear.  Arrangements can be made for
             credit cards through pay pay and pay pal payments. Please email me for

             deposit is required before i can begin your portrait.  I will keep you
             posted via email with the progress of your piece.  Final payment is due
             when piece is completed and before shipping.  Whenever possible all
             portraits are mailed in flat, hard card board shipping cartons for
             maximum protection.  Larger pieces will be rolled and shipped in a round
